It is with an abundance of sorrow that the Weaver & Peaks Memorial Funeral Care announces the departure of Mr. Harden McDonald Henderson affectionately known as "Tolu". Mr. Henderson transitioned from this life to life eternal on Thursday July 27, 2023 at Duke Medical Center in Durham, NC.
Time has been set aside by the family for those who wish to come and express their condolences, while paying homage to “Tolu”, beginning on Thursday, August 3rd, 2023 from 11am to 12pm at Phipps Chapel Baptist Church. Services to remember “Tolu” will begin at 12pm also at Phipps Chapel Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. During these “so-long” events, those in attendance will be able to bring some sense of closure during this moment of sadness, while relying on their faith in the Master to see them through the difficult days that lie ahead.
The Henderson and connected families are receiving services of compassion and distinguished class from the Weaver & Peaks Memorial Funeral Care.
